Both the location and the rooms are awful. The only aspect I liked was the meal. Very poorly run establishment; they won't provide you a free water bottle or ask to clean your room until you remind them. You can find another choice for the same price that is unquestionably superior to this property.

Ville Paradise Resort at Naukuchiyatal is one of the best hotels, we stayed during our Nainital trip from 24th to 26th Jan 2021. The location is good, its a calm place where you can really enjoy the nature. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the toilet was very clean, the linens were very good etc. Everything was taken care personally by the Manager Mr. Arun who was too good. The food was excellent and staff were very polite. Arun ji interacted with all the guests during breakfast and ensured that all the guests enjoyed their stay. He also helped us in our tour by getting things arranged like site seing, and activities like para gliding and other adventure activites. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at Ville Paradise Resort at nainital. Thank you Arun for your nice hospitality. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and hope to stay again at Ville Paradise when we visit Nainital next time.

Very good resort with good food and polite staff. Rooms are big also garden and maintenance is good. I stayed there for 2 nights enjoyed the stay thoroughly.Only thing is location it is not in nainital

Location is very bed. Rooms are not great as per the money. Poor maintains. Very poor Property. Poor condition room.food was also very chip.bed arrangement of food.very less variety. I m very disappointed.

They do not have courtesy to ask their guest if they drink water and provide basic set of water bottles in a room and the same for bath linen. Even hot water was not available and they asked us to enjoy in a round bath tub what they call a jacuzi. People dont be a fool and choose this place for a stay. Country Inn is a great disaster on earth. They do not know H of hotel industry and still exist and charge like they are the only place livable on the planet. I planned a trip with two other friends and we booked a "suite". Ohh Hell, I will commit suicide if someone tell me that is what a suite is...LOL.receptioniest is very unreasonable person.i ask all the time i have a problem but they r not interested My problem.i m very disappointed.
